We currently deliver islandwide within Sri Lanka.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery Timeframes

Colombo and suburbs: Estimated delivery within 2–3 business days.

Other major cities: Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days.

Remote or rural areas: Delivery may take up to 5–7 business days.
Please note that unforeseen delays (weather, courier issues, public holidays) may occasionally affect delivery times.
4. Shipping Fees

Free Delivery: All orders above LKR 20,000 qualify for free delivery islandwide.

Standard Delivery: Orders below LKR 20,000 will be charged a standard shipping fee. This fee will be automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or Whatsapp.

6. Delivery Attempts

Couriers will attempt delivery at the provided address. If unsuccessful, they may contact you to arrange redelivery.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care in packaging your perfumes to avoid damage.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos, and we will assist you.
